STF Artipelag, Sweden
At Scania’s fourth Sustainable Transport Forum, attendees were confronted with urgent warnings about climate change, alongside inspiring examples of industry leadership and a passionate call to action to address the pressing challenges facing our planet. To underscore this message, the opening film featured a musical score centered around a solo cello, which was layered with additional cello parts and complemented by ambient electronic elements.
Working closely with the renowned cellist Clare O'Connell, the creative team was able to capture the emotional depth they had envisioned. Clare’s performance was a key element of the event, and she was invited to perform a solo during the final moments of the forum at Artipelag, an island in the Stockholm Archipelago. Her moving performance brought a sense of poignancy and hope, leaving many attendees visibly moved as the event came to a close.
